Shipping Policy
- If you have an order. with a PREORDER item, your items will ship once the PREORDER item is IN HAND. Otherwise we suggest ordering items separately.
- Items will be shipped out within 5 business days, EXCLUDING PREORDERS.
- Once item is in possession of USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of PADAWAN PINS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure package safety we ENCOURAGE shipping insurance.
- Please double check information such as your address before placing an order.
-If an order status is marked as "delivered" by USPS but you have not received your item, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS about the situation. As much as we would like to help, our inventory is limited and there's nothing much we can do on our end to help. In short, we DO NOT send replacements for lost items that have a "delivered" status.
What if I put the wrong address?!
- If your item has NOT SHIPPED please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order #, and correct address.
- If your item SHIPPED already you will have to contact USPS to intercept your package.
Will You Restock Sold Out Items?
-As long as a design is still loved and in demand it will continue to be restocked. As a fellow collector I know how disappointing it can be when an item is bought out or resold for a higher price.
International Shipping:
Please keep in mind that international shipping rates vary from region to region. In addition to the 5 business days to process and handle your order, international shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination. You will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.
PADAWAN PINS is NOT responsible for customs fees, taxes and any stolen or lost items upon arrival.
Preorder Policies:
- Purchasing a preorder is a commitment. NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS.
- Preorders on average take 8-12 weeks (for enamel pins) for production, we do not have control over manufacturing and due to COVID 19 may experience shipping delays.
- We post frequent updates on preorder production process on our instagram, make sure to check the highlight bubble dedicated to our preorder designs if you want an idea where production is at.
Returns and Exchanges:
-Please contact us if there is an issue with your item within 3 days of receiving your order. We value each and everyone of you and want to do our best to take care of you.
- Refunds are determined case by case, and product must be in it’s original packaging. Please contact us before shipping your item back.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item.
-Under any circumstances, please note that the refund procedure will be subject to processing fee. The fee goes back to either Stripe or Paypal and does not serve as income for me.
- We do not accept cancellations.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your tracking number reaches your email, and you want to track your package you can punch in your tracking number on the USPS website and it will let you know where your package is currently at.
